Market Square Office is a young architecture practice started in 2020 by Roberto Faccin, Luca Soldati and Simone Zanini, following the competitions’ work carried out during college years with the contribution of other two members, Andrea Lui and CarloAndrea Vescovi. The activity of the office focuses on urban-scale projects down to micro-housing projects, conceived for architecture contests worldwide and for private and public clients. The proposals delivered for competitions include extensive research on contemporary living matters and an attempt to produce unconventional solutions to the given inputs. On the other hand, the work carried out for local clients, including urban regeneration projects throughout the territory of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, attempts to produce intriguing yet feasible solutions to improve social life and quality of the urban environment.

Market Square is the beating heart of a community, where people coming from everywhere get in touch with each other. It’s our vision to bring the same culture inside the Office, fostering physical meeting of people with different backgrounds, promoting creative dialogue, and defining the world of tomorrow through architecture. Our team now consists of four members, but the goal is to build a bigger community in the following years.
